Please write out the Application Form and turn it in to the EXPO Solar Bureau.
Upon the completed registration of the application, the applicant is to be notified of from the exhibit office the fact that application has been successfully registered.
After registering the application form and being notified of the allocated booth location, applicant should pay 30% of booth rental fee within 20 days from the date of the contract signed.
Upon finishing allocating participating companies the booth location are to be listed up at the Exhibitor Directory within this exhibition's official website(www.expolsolar.org).
While companies wanting to have shell booth will be fully provided by the sponsor with necessary equipment for the booth, companies wanting raw booth will be provided only with the necessary space, which means it is necessary for the latter group to select a company registered on KINTEX in order to get necessary equipment and build the booth after estimating the price of the wanted booth design and layout.
If companies requested a shell booth need to have additional parts such as furniture, electricity, internet port or phone, they should order them separately on the Exhibition Manual page of this website, in case of which additional fee besides that of the booth itself will be charged.
Companies applied for participating the expo must completely pay the 70% of the original participation fee ahead of 1 month of this expo's opening day. When the remained fees are not paid by the specified date, the qualification of participation may be canceled by the host sponsor, and in this case it is worth holding in mind that the pre paid fees will not be refunded.
All those procedures mentioned above having been finished, the booth installation will be commenced ahead of 2 days from the opening day. And also it is requested that in case of raw booth the companies wanting it start building it as soon as possible because its building time may takes a long time, while in case of shell booth companies wanting it are requested to check its location and simple lights for it ahead of the opening day.
The exhibition's opening time will begin at 10:00 o'clock on the first day, but exhibitors will be allowed to have admission 1~2 hour before the opening, so it is recommended they come in the hall a bit little earlier and prepare for meeting the visitors to come.
After finishing the exhibition, all of the booths are to be removed from 17:30 to 22:00 on the last day.
